DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Arrived at the airport on time, proof on flight checker and flight details, having booked a car via VIPCARS using agent for EUROP car called Ansa Rentals Barbados… told at the airport they do not have any cars available. Needed to book a car at additional cost of £250 excluding charge of £65 from VIPCARS. Why would I do this? VIPCARS refuse the believe my version of events… next step is to contact EUROP car. VIPCARS IS A SCAM.
