I will try to make it short: - 3 sept 2023: placed and order on the website - 14 sept 2023: status on the website didn't change "Processing" so i tried to get in contact directly on whatsup to have news. - 18 sept 2023: ViperaTech contacted me to ask me for additional fees that was not mentioned "1670 USD" to ship the unit by air and confirm that the unit is ready or 20 days by boat and price doesn’t change. So, i went with the boat option and they confirmed that it will be sent today. - 22 sept2023: asked for a tracking number but they said we don’t have it if it’s shipped by boat, it was weird but i said no problem. - 12 oct 2023: no update, so I asked again and they give me a new contact to check with him - 12 oct 2023: the new contact told me that the factories were closed and the product is now under production!!!! So, nothing was shipped and have to wait more. - 13 oct 2023: the order will be shipped next week - 23 oct 2023: the package was shipped and a tracking number was provided by the new contact (not ViperaTech and the status on the website still "Processing") - 16 dec 2023: package arrived with a wrong main part so I can’t use the kit I ordered. - 26 dec 2023: contacted ViperaTech to inform them with the mistake, they asked me to send a picture which I did. - 29 dec 2023: they asked me if I can send back the wrong part and I said yes just need to have the right equipment as soon as possible because I am stuck and can’t use anything. - 2 jan 2024: I asked again for a clear solution, they finally send me the return address and said a new part is being dispatched, and will be shipped today (as usual nothing true) - 4 jan 2024: asked for the tracking number, but they said no need to send back the part cause the manufacturer don’t want it but didn’t answer the question about the tracking number and give me and i quote “will have it soon” answer when I asked for when I will get it. After, they only see my messages on whatsup and don’t replay. -9 jan 2024: I give my point of view about the situation and get those offensive reply and i quote: “Hey clown”, “if you had half a brain”, “post a review and I stop the shipment”, “stop riding my a**”. This is my experience with this company and btw the status of the order still at "Processing". If you want to save your time, money, respect just don’t get involved with this company because there is no professional, honesty or respect when you have business with them you will be chasing them for your order then you will be ignored and disrespect.
