Had to ask 20 times where my shipping is, one order got shipped in two packages without noticing or giving me a tracking number. Customer service reeeeeeeeeeally slow. Still waiting for the asic silent kit without tracking, but at least, after asking 10 times again today, I got told "it's out with DHL tracking coming soon". I was aware about the preorder for my miner, and that it takes some time, but don't show your silent kits in stock, when they take longer to ship as a preorder for a sold out miner. First and last buy. Also, they're not really customer oriented the way how (and if) they reply. Bro, I spent 10k, of course I will annoy you if you don't answer or provide tracking. Well, I hope I will get tracking now for my silent kit.
