Another company that deliberately and insidiously limits the effectiveness of their customer service by removing live contact methods, and under-resourcing their service team.
Getting support from them is deliberately difficult. This is in stark contrast to the ease in which they took my money.
I have tried for weeks to get any meaningful response to resolve a really simple matter. I will not return my custom.
To whoever is going to paste a reply to this TrustPilot review. Rather than saying 'sorry', and 'please be assured someone is looking at your request', I would rather Virgin Experience Days used the resource to contact me and resolve my issue, than try to manage their public image on a review site. It is telling that there are many complaints of being ignored for weeks when contacting the official 'Service' channels, yet there are teams of people here responding to poor reviews within minutes, pasting platitudes and meaningless 'assurances'.
