Poor refund tactics from customer service.
I paid in both giftcard + money and asked for a partial refund from a multi purchase of the money.
Natasha continued to refund me by giftcard, despite me asking for the partial refund to be returned to my bank.
FYI, this is not me asking to get a giftcard turned into cash, the giftcard is still fully utilised, with leftover money that could have been refunded.
This is both my money and giftcard, only the worst company would try to dictate how you should receive your refund - I'd avoid using Virgin and their services

After providing contact info, still no news from Virgin. They only ask for contact details to pull down bad reviews if not provided.
