Buying a voucher and booking an experience through the website was easy.
Asking a simple question to their Customer Service was a dreadful experience. I had some people coming back to me, quicker than I expected I must say, but they didn't seem to understand the question; it feels like they were avoiding to answer it. I've been told my (simple) question has been sent to the escalation team, and radio silence for the last 2 weeks.
I had a fairly good opinion of the Virgin Brand, not anymore; lack of transparency.
1st time I was booking an experience through VED, and will be the last.
