Ordered 2 seperate experiences for 2 seperate people to go to 2 different addresses. They were both sent to the same person who thought they were both for her and was delighted. When I realised the mistake I called up to sort out the error only to be told the only way I could rectify it was to ask for my mother in law to give back the presents she had been so excited to receive. They admitted it was human error on their part but would only offer me a measly 15% off if I wanted to repurchase another gift to replace the one that got sent to the wrong person.
Terrible customer service - they just don't care.
