I was bought a Triple Car Blast experience voucher for my 50th birthday in December. When I went to book the day in May there were only 3 days available before the voucher expired in August. I went to the venue and it was the wrong place.
My main complaint is there is no reminder before the event of the venue, time, place, or a map.
I've had a Segway voucher which was a much cheaper experience and received 2 reminders in the week before the experience, including all of the above!
When I returned home my girlfriend tried to sort this out by speaking to Virgin experience/Acorne and nobody would help.
I have terminal cancer so stressful situations are not good for me.
We will not be booking any further experiences or dealing with Virgin in the future!!!
