Due to incompetent administration the gift voucher did not indicate that booking date
could not be accommodated after a particular date that was not indicated on the gift
voucher and was only known when the voucher was activated which by then was to late
and the gift voucher had to be cancelled.with some difficulty. The Buckingham Palace tour and Fortnum and Mason Diamond Wedding Champagne Tea was rearranged with a more user friendly and helpful supplier.
