9/10 Our instructor was great, polite and friendly, he really helped to ease the nerves and made us feel comfortable. Me and his younger sibling were allowed to accompany my son on his lesson too which was reassuring for his first time. We will definitely be looking into coming again, possibly at a nearer location to us as we are based in Sunderland. We had a brilliant time, no complaints, although I do have a couple of suggestions that may improve the service. A few more facilities at the Darlington venue would be nice, maybe a dry seating/waiting area both inside and out with its own tables, rubbish bins, toilets etc and possibly a hot/cold refreshments and snack bar for drivers and visitors. Also it may have been better with less cars on the track at once for a beginners first lesson, less distractions, more space to manoeuvre etc. Other than that I can't fault it, I think it's a brilliant opportunity for youngsters to gain valuable skills and knowledge in a safe and educating environment.
