Thoroughly enjoyed my experience of the shard and meal at a Marco Pierre restaurant. There were a couple of improvements that stop this from being a 5 star. I would say that it wasn’t super easy to book- you had send an email to check availability at the shard and then book online/phone for the Marco Pierre. When I went to re-log in to my account with my voucher it said it had already been used so I couldn’t access the information I needed for the restaurant. Once all booked it was great but another improvement could be to make it clear that the closest restaurant is 20 minutes away from the Shard.
