We had a very good meal at Charlotte Street, food was excellent and the staff were very friendly. You could choose off the set menu which was all included or you could choose off the main menu and they just took the value of the voucher off the final bill, so was all very flexible. Only thing I'd mention is that if you want to go at the weekend of the choice of London locations is limited.
