I got a call on the morning of my treatment to say treatment times had been changed. This was kind of an inconvenience as my partner and I already planned out our time at the gym. This meant we had limited times to use the facilities including gym and swimming. We specially requested for a full body massage but we got a back massage and facial treatment offered to us instead. The ladies massaging didn’t have any form of conversations with us to put our mind at ease or even a little description of products used would have been helpful. Overall not happy with our massage experience. Although the centre has brilliant facilities
