Terrible service trying to move holiday on phone for 2hours .
When i got no1 was told 30 minutes. Then 40 minutes. Then told 30minutes. 1hour later still told 40 minutes. Last holiday with virgin.
What about more people on phones to help out .
At this rate every will want money and not move holiday.
Mr Branson you deserve to lose company. Shame on you.
