Cover is pretty good but there is no reception in supermarkets, malls, etc.
Customer service is one of the worse. It takes over 35 minutes to get someone to answer. Meanwhile, you have listen to horrible music. Unfortunate thing about talking to Indian call centre like Virgin’s is that their response to customer queries are restricted by scrip they are given. If you are frustrated and want to leave, Virgin is quick to offer discount or better offer but that doesn’t come cheap, although, customer service is making out to be.
It took me few days to reach them when I wanted to finish my contract with Virgin.
