only been a member of virgin bet for 2 weeks but in that time i have been unable to login several times due to technical problems on the site. i wanted to cash in a bet tonight but was unable to do so resulting in me losing £40. customer service are useless . i will be closing my account, withdrawing my funds and moving to a less amateur company as soon as i can log in .
