Bunch of incompetent scammers. Avoid like the plague. I was banned from their Fives promotion in May despite having had three LOSING bets. Hardly used the site since but had a very small wager on The Ayr Gold Cup, as they were offering money back as a free bet for customers who picked 2nd to 10th. This was not on the promotions page but in the race terms. I backed the 5th but my free bet was not honoured. Why? Because Virgin state that this WAS a promotion and I was not eligible. Closed my account and awaiting funds and will be reporting to Gambling Commission. Heard of other horror stories. Please folks, avoid this clunky, misleading site with its' arrogant staff and use one of the many excellent competitors instead.......
