On arrival at the hotel the room was not clean. The cleaning was lazy (no vacuuming) and no real cleaning. The cleaners can't see when something is dirty or are just lazy. We have been to the front desk about 5 times. We had many contacts with our traveling agency rep but to no succes. In addition, the photos on the website are very misleading: nice room and bathroom photos, but in reality we got a dirty and heavily outdated room with old and broken furniture and a mini bathroom of 2 square meters where it is not possible to take a decent shower. Any bigger person cannot shower here. Parking area at this hotel is also very bad: you have to park your rental car in a car graveyard (unpaved and full of abandoned and dilapidated cars) behind the hotel, not a pleasant thought. Room is very noisy, you can literally hear everything in the hallway and the rooms next door. No promised live music and bad wifi. Very thin walls and no decent front door (with slit) so you can hear noise on the hallway and all your neighbours talking and more. No one present at the reception in the morning before 9. The breakfast is very very basic and has no variety. This was actually the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. We only stayed because we already paid for it. All the stress and anger for trying to make the owner and staff do their job were bad for our holiday. It party ruined. In short, we absolutely DO NOT recommend this hotel! I got (many) very very unprofesional responses from hotel owner on another review site. They are deleted because of the rudeness, but I still have the screenshots. This is not a way to treat guests. Lying and trying to sue us for a bad review. Says alot about her personality and profesional way of working. Stop posting fake reviews like the one before me (pics used on their own sites and ads).
