An unexpectedly bad experience. I am usually a good judge of character but not this time. The CEO was made statements and declarations during our initial zoom call and none of it was followed through. The information Visa Business Plans used in drawing up the plan is NOT what was written in reply to thire questionnaires. Different data was used than what was provided without discussing this with us at all with the client. Visa Business Plans committed me to utilizing the services of another company without ever telling me. They did not write a Business Plan tailored to my needs but produced a work of fiction. This happened because when I notified them of a change of plans, they rushed to produce the plan and did want to divulge that it had been barely worked on by that point. They declare to pride themselves on working closely with the client. They never contacted me verbally, only one questionnaire and 2 follow-up requests. Never a phone call. Then my email was ignored and they defended their action by stating that ''it wasn't necessary''. When a client contacts and requests a reply to a question, that is totally unacceptable. The experience was horrible
