Absolutely HORRID experience with this company!
I'll try to keep this brief although it is a long story.
1. Ordered 75 inch Samsung Q90 TV on Mar 18.
2. TV arrived on April 7th
3. A few days later while looking at in the on-line TV menu 'About TV', I see that it is a TU7000! This is a $2000 cheaper TV than the Q90!
4. Next day I phone their customer support the minute they are open. Get a "we are experiencing higher than normal call volumes" type of message and "please use our on-line contact form". I do this. No reply. I wait a day. Then I phone numerous times and finally get through.
5. I explain the situation. They ask me to email a photo of the bar code from the box, which I do. They then tell me they will NOT send the correct TV until the incorrect TV is returned. I'm not happy. Finally they agree to back that off to, once the incorrect TV is with the shipper they will send the correct TV. Arrangement is made for four hour window of pickup on April 15th.
6. April 15th and the window of pickup passes. No pickup! I immediately email customer support. No reply the next day Friday.
7. Monday I email again. No reply. Not happy I write another email saying I wish to cancel my order. Just pick up your TV and refund me my money.
8. Tuesday I manage to get through on the phone. Make new arrangement for TV to be picked up Friday April 23rd and get partial refund (the difference in cost of the two TVs). They will not refund the whole amount even though I am canceling the order (because I still have a TV of theirs in my possession).
9. Wednesday, April 21 - I call Gibby's Electronics and order the Samsung 75 inch Q90 from them.
10. Thursday, April 22 - Gibby's sales guy (Mike) calls me to tell me my TV will be delivered Saturday!
9. Friday, April 23 . The 4 hour pick-up window passes. TV still not picked up. I call customer service and miraculously get through. I again request a refund of my money held by Visions. They refuse. Arrangements made to pick up TV (again)...3rd time...this time on April 26.
10. I call head office and talk to Jim. He's useless. Not willing to return my money held on account despite all of these extenuating circumstances.
So before Visions Electronics can even manage to pick up the incorrect TV they sent me, I will have received a new one from Gibby's within FOUR DAYS. But the whole cycle with Visions has been going on since Mar 18 and will continue until Apr 26 BEST CASE!
Moral of the story: Do not buy from Visions Electronics Online.
