Can I leave a zero instead of one star review? Andando was the worst tour company ever for helping with my bucket list trip. not one but two ships cancelled and the 2nd one was while I was in the middle of the Amazon!! and to top it all off Hugh knew about it a week beforehand and did not reach out. He only reached out by a EMAIL-not even a phone call A complete week later!!! I was literally on my morning excursion in the middle of the Amazon and found out he and Andando failed at the only job they had... to make a happy repeating customer. and in all my trip was delayed TWO FULL DAYS!!!! and to top it off, i paid for a single cabin with him at the Sacha Lodge and he submitted it to Sacha as a twin room!!!!!!!! VERY POOR AT HIS JOB AND I WILL MAKE SURE I CAN LET EVEYONE KNOW ON ALL SOCIAL MEDIA FORMS I CAN. THE LACK OF COMMUNCATION WAS A JOKE!!!!
