Same situation here. I opened a small business 3 years ago and contacted VistaLogos to create a logo for me. I shut down my business after 1 year so the logo wasn’t event being used anymore. They started calling & texting me continuously, threatening to sue me in federal court for copyright infringement although I already paid for the service they provided me which gave me the legal right to use the logo. I called my attorney after receiving numerous calls & texts from them. My attorney advised me to just remove the logo from everything just to be safe, even though my company no longer exists. They STILL continued to harass & threaten me. At this point I think we all should get a class action lawsuit against them because they are criminals and this has got to stop!!
