Received threatening texts from Robert Abrahams, Head of Legal Affairs that they were filing a $75K lawsuit for not filing closure letters for a logo to get the IP closed from federal office records. Then he demanded $1020 for them to process the paperwork and then demanded $1050. He said it was illegal for them to provide the information from USPTO and IDme that he claimed had been filed. He said I could only that if I paid the $1050 in 24 to 48 hours. He stated that any attorney I hired to verify what he was talking about wouldn't be smart enough to fight them and the States Attorney. He then demanded the $1050 or he would file the lawsuit.
