Returned unfinished Nanette Jacket. No DHL depot in NI so Evie from customer services sent me a pre paid Royal Mail label address in Northumberland. My payment has been refunded in full plus £10 shipping I paid when I ordered. Evie was excellent and extremely helpful throughout.
