My first order is also my last with Vital3D.
I placed an order for two items from this website. I emailed a little while later asking if I could add another item to the order. The response provided two options:
1. Place a second order inclusive of shipping fees.
2. Request cancellation of the order and place a new order.
The first option requires paying a second shipping fee. Regarding the second option, it's 2023 at the time of writing, please be more flexible. Send an invoice for the additional item and I'll pay it, you should not expect customers to cancel orders, place new orders and wait for refunds unnecessarily due a lack of flexibility in the software being used; which was the excuse given.
They offer almost non-existent after-sales support whereby they did not provide any assistance beyond providing a link to an irrelevant page by an unrelated manufacturer. I believe this is due to their inexperience with the technology and products.
I have had to contact the manufacturer to share my experiences with them as this company has knocked my confidence in the manufacturer, whom I have been a loyal customer for several years and use their products almost exclusively.
The packaging was terrible. A young child could do better.
They did not accept the returned parcel which still sits at their local depot awaiting redelivery or collection. This is deliberate and disrespectful on their part.
I have had to escalate my concerns with PayPal. I would not be able to recommend this company, instead I would have to actively discourage others from using them.
This was my first customer experience with Vital3D, there will not be a second.
