Sehr oft kommt es vor das Probepackungen schon beschädigt ankommen und jetzt ist es mir auch schon passiert , dass mir eine komplette Pulverdose beschädigt geliefert wurde .
Ersatzware wurde umgehend geliefert aber trotzdem mehr als ärgerlich, andere Onlineshops bekommen es doch auch hin.
