Ich mache die Kur, jetzt zum 2ten mal, das sollte alles sagen!
Beim ersten Mal hat es überragend funktioniert, in Verbindung mit Sport habe ich fast 25kg verloren und habe es auch bis auf kleine Schwankungen auch im Nachgang gehalten!
Bei der ersten Kur bin ich von 110kg auf 86kg, mein Gewicht hat sich danach auf ca. 90-93kg eingependelt.
Nun ist mein Ziel 80-85 kg.
