Hab noch nicht soviel Erfahrung mit dem Gerät. Aber den Bärlauch hat er super getrocknet, der Geschmack bleibt. Jetzt muss ich mir das teure Bärlauchsalz Salz nicht mehr kaufen 😜 Karotten Sellerie und Co für die Gemüsebrühe tadellos getrocknet, anschließend in den Mixer und schon habe ich Brühpulver . Klare Kaufempfehlung, gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis.
