Wenn das Produkt ordnungsgemäß funktionieren würde, gäbe es vermutlich mehr Sterne.
Der Service ist ungenügend. Am 30.12.2023 habe ich eine Anfrage auf Grund einer Fehlfunktion gestellt. Die automatische Rückantwort kam sofort. Eine Antwort vom Service leider nie. Seit dem habe ich versucht, das Unternehmen zwei weitere Male zu kontaktieren. Wieder ohne Erfolg. Ich habe mir mit der Bewertung extra Zeit gelassen, um dem Unternehmen Reaktionszeit einzuräumen. Ich kaufe das nächste Mal bei einem anderen Händler.
