Der bestellte Entsafter wurde innerhalb 3 Tagen geliefert.
Da das Gerät nicht meinen Vorstellungen entsprach, habe ich
die Bestellung widerrufen.
Telefonisch ist die Fa nicht zu erreichen, nur Hinweis auf E-Mail.
Einen Rückführungsschein wurde mir trotz 3 E-Mails nicht zugesandt.
Alle 3 E-Mails wurden nur mit dem Hinweis -wird innerhalb 24-36 Std.
bearbeitet, über Wochenende keine Bearbeitung.
Es ist nun ein Monat vergangen. Wann wird der Fall endlich bearbeitet ?
Wo ist hier der Kundendienst ?
