My Oscar neo bought in 2012 needed a new filter cone under warranty..It has been quite difficult laying hand on the right part as the references may have changed over the years BUT I must say that this company has been very patient and did not hesitate sending part after part until I received the right one...This 10 years'warranty really works.I live in France.
