Je ne peux donner un avis sur une commande passée le 26 juillet et qui n'est toujours pas arrivée à ce jour (26 août). La situation est très fâcheuse, après avoir eu Vitality au téléphone, puis par mail et ensuite les services Colissimo pour poser une réclamation, rien ne bouge ! Le colis est bloqué en France au niveau de la plate-forme de re-numérotation de l'Allemagne vers la France. Je suis donc déçue qu'il n'y ai toujours pas de solution proposée.
