J'avais commandé un récipient à jus et j'ai reçu... un bouchon à jus. Suite à mon message, vous m'avez retourné le récipient à jus sans frais supplémentaires. Merci
Par contre, aucun message de votre part suite à mon message pour me dire ce que vous aviez l'intention de faire suite à cette erreur d'envoi. Cela aurait été plus sympa d'avoir un retour par mail sur la suite.
