L'appareil est facile d'utilisation et il marche bien. En ce qui concerne les légumes fibreux, leurs fibres obstruent un peu l'évacuation des déchets et de fait les légumes ou fruits que l'on introduit ensuite passent moins bien et forment une purée très humide au niveau du haut de la vis sans fin.
