Hello, it was very nice to have online chat with customer service to let me know the status of my order. I was disappointed that since the moment I place my order until I receive it not a single e-mail was sent to me about the status of my order or delivery information. Delivery was fast, 3 days after I order. I hope that in the future they can keep customers aware of delivery time to be sure that you are home to receive your package. Thank you!
