I recently purchased a Biochef blender which has met my needs plus more. The machine arrived in less than 24 hours after purchasing to my surprise and delight. The problem i had was the fact that the video promised a recipe book which included 65 recipes which did not arrive. I contacted Vitality4Life who have said that they would post me a book which to date has not arrived. I was told it would take a little longer but i am not impressed as I really needed some guidance on the best way to use the soupmaking option and clear advice from the maker of the product would have really helped. I have had some great successes with different recipes I found online which have helped me to control my appetite without snacking on rubbish.
