The product arrived quickly, a Bio Sari infrared heater. The price was very competitive compared to Amazon. It was well packaged and in good condition when unpacked. The Instructions were clear as was the operation. The booklet mentioned the potential for hairline cracks in the marble but assured this was usual. After first use, the next morning there was a significant crack in the marble which went all the way to the top and appeared to go right through to the other side. I reached out to Vitality 4 Life via their website and received automated confirmation my enquiry would be dealt with. Now end of day 3 with no response received and haven't dared use the heater since.
