I love the machine, however the DVD didn't play (before you ask I checked the player, and other DVD's do play).
Emailed Vitality 4 Life twice but didn't get a reply, so just making up my own exercises.
Makes me a bit nervous about the service level, so hopefully I will never have a warranty issue
