Where do I start?
I ordered a Biochef Aurora blender on 17th December ('order now for Christmas delivery').
It arrived late for Christmas on 3rd January.
Asked to send it back for a refund.
Refund authorised 15th January.
Since then there's been absolutely nothing from Vitality4Life other than pointless fobbing replies to my requests as to where my refund is.
Tracy Veenendaal assures me every time she'll ask for an update from the finance department, 13 weeks later I still have no refund, no information, nothing.
It's shoddy, it's illegal and it's the precise opposite of healthy living.
I even wrote to the CEO of the company...nothing.
