I bought my Vital Max juicer in 2006 and it conked out recently (2017) whilst making a juice. The motor had 20 year warranty so I contacted Vitality4Life to see if I could get it fixed. They were SO helpful and made it easy to return my juicer to them to get it looked at by their technicians. After inspection, they told me it was not fixable and offered to replace it with a newer model as mine was no longer manufactured. WHAT AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! They have been prompt and friendly in their communication and solved my problem. I'm going to be telling everyone what a joy it was dealing with Vitality4Life and will continue to sing their praises for many more years to come.
