Firstly, I would like to say that this is a good company with good communication and fast delivery. They are also very helpful. I bought the Oscar front end upgrade which I had previously looked at on a rival website. I emailed the rivals to ask if it would fit my matstone juicer and the lady there emailed back in a rather curt manner; "It will not". Then I saw the vitality 4life.co.uk websitw where I was informed that this upgrade will fit almost any single auger juicer and they will even supply a fixing clip free of charge (normally costs between £4.00 and £8.00) and so I bought one! Works great too; if you have a matstone then do yourself a favour and upgrade to Oscar 900 standards, its worth it. Only downside to this site is that the website does not update sales over the weekend, I bought on friday evening so I had no confirmation of the sale until monday (I had registered on the site at the same time and subsequent visits to my account over the weekend showed 'No Orders'). The other thing is that I was supposed to get a manual included but did not. Not a biggie as its available online anyway. Overall, a good company with a good attitude, Thank you.
