I developed several autoimmune diseases--Crohn's, Hashi's, Fibro--and found that changing my diet to AIP was the best way to manage it. I do think it all stems from a gut problem and I do think this is helping soothe my inflamed--it's been scoped--GI. I just finished my first month and will be purchasing again. I feel less inflamed, for real, like everything is just slowly calming down.
