If there was a box to check off EXCELLENT, I WOULD!! I have been taking Dr. Keller's A-mazing OGF daily for 12 years and wouldn't go a day without it. I'm 80 now and as the saying goes, 80 is the NEW 60!!! And that's just how I feel with so much relief from pain of hip replacement from major overuse as well as most other joints. A BIG plus is that I don't even LOOK 80!!!~. Now how good is that?!! As I've heard say, " use it or lose it" and that goes for your choice of supplements as well as exercise for the brain and the body.
