Am 25.10.24 habe ich eine größere Bestellung aufgegeben (Auftragsnummer AU-202410-95591), die ich per Vorkasse bezahlt habe. Die Bestellung ist nie angekommen (heute ist der 13.11.24), auf E-Mails wir nicht geantwortet, telefonisch ist nie einer erreichbar. Absolut unprofessionell und unzuverlässig. Nur eins funktioniert: der regelmäßige Newsletter für neue Angebote, die dann doch nicht bearbeitet werden.
