I give four stars because almost everything about the company is fantastic. The eco awareness, the designs, the style, the colours, the customer service, packaging and quick and neat delivery. Returns are pretty simple as well. The only downside is the frankly bizarre sizing. I find even the head holes are very small and unmoving. Although I’m a 12 on top I have quite broad shoulders and chest and I find everything I’ve ordered doesn’t cover my whole chest which makes the fit look odd - like I’ve tried to squeeze into a child’s fit which feels uncomfortable physically as well as being much more revealing than the image suggested. I know now to order two or even three sizes bigger than I would in any other shop and hopefully will continue to frequent Vivida!
