This is my second robe. When I'd had the first about 18 months, there were a couple of irritating things. About 1cm of the pocket seam at the top, and about 1cm of the neck seam had loosened. They hadn't come completely undone and to be fair we're easy enough to fix. But I took photos and sent them to customer service one evening. The following day I came out of work (no phones allowed) at teatime to an email from Vivida "your order is on the way...". Confused I looked further back. With no further questioning or blame I had my robe replaced. Just like that. Not even send the other one back. Never - I repeat, never (and I am old!) have I received such wonderful, speedy and surprisingly kind customer service. I tell EVERYONE that will listen that Vivida are THE best company around and I recommend all their products. They'll certainly be getting my swim orders in the future xx
