Shocking customer service! Fractured responses to emails in an attempt to make you give up trying.
My shoes leaked from day one. I complained and couldn't get a response, so continued to wear them on dry days only. When I noticed that they were coming apart at the soles, it was clear why they were initially leaking. Customer services didn't want to know, due to the time elapsed. If they had attended to my initial complaint, there wouldn't have been an issue.
