Never had a word expérience. The wig looked nothing line the picture. Contacted them for a return label bit the started arguing yelling me to take it to a hair dresser. The Wigs I bought was not natural hair as announced. I'm stuck with a wig that's too ugly and do not suit me at all. The proposed me I could order a new wiv and they would give it to me half price of the first one
Now that I don't trust them I hope they get it when I really do not feel like sending them more money. Stay far away
