I am stunned. Two weeks later after having placed an order where only half of it arrived and when trying to resolve with Vizarads only to be left feeling that the missing items and subsequent inconvenience was my fault, I get this request to write a review. As I expressed to Vizards, my displeasure is not with something coming up missing, my displeasure is how their personnel willingly choose to handle the situation. The words on their web site "Excellent Customer Service 24/7" is nothing short of blatant false advertising. Maybe some customers are pleased but a 4 out 5 rating should have been a red flag, my mistake. Never, not once, have I received anything resembling a "we are sorry for the inconvenience, "thank you for your patience". They have been outright curt, non responsive, even in what limited written response they have tendered, have outright rude. Challenge them and it gets even worse, trust me, I am there right now. I have resigned myself to the prospect that the missing items will not be replaced, and the cost thereof is lost. It is not because they can't be polite, civil, and customer focused about how to handle a customer service failure, it is a simple matter of, they won't. Regardless of how they choose to counter this review with does not change their behavior. My advice to anyone considering doing business with Vizard's, while their prices may be very competitive, is, do yourself a favor, go with Midway, Midsouth, Natchez, Graf's, Cabella's, Scheel's, etc. You will save yourself a lot of time and frustration (two things you can't put a price on) in the long run.
