It’s been 10 days since I ordered and paid for my item. It showed the item was in stock and ready to ship when I purchased it. I’ve called them multiple times and getting them on the phone is nearly impossible. I finally reached them on the phone and explained to Steve that all their reviews state that they never ship out items or that it takes them many weeks or even months to ship and that they straight up lie about having items in stock. They did not have the correct information on file for the FFL it’s shipping to ( they had some FAKE address that they were using for multiple FFL businesses ) so I had to get the FFL to email them and Steve who I spoke with on the phone told me to get the FFL sent to them when it’s his responsibility to do so. But I on my own had it sent to him the day after I made the purchase. I have also live message chatted with them since the phone call and they instantly tried to make up excuses about their phone system being down from a storm but I’ve been calling them long before any storm happened in their area. They just ignore customers and when I finally got Steve on the phone he was Very Rude and kept trying to get me off the phone. He kept saying “ is there anything else “ and so did the live person in the live message. Instead of letting me finish speaking and address the situation they just try to bully you off the phone or chat but I was Persistent and Made it Very Clear that they need to ship my order within 5 business days or that they need to Cancel my order. The person in the live chat said they did have the FFL that I had emailed to them for the Transfer and that they are allowed 3 to 7 business days to ship items , that is NOT what their website states and NOT what Steve said when I spoke with him on the phone. Steve said the item would ship that week and that I would receive a email when it ships. Here we are 10 days later and NO emails from them , FedEx , or Anyone stating the item has shipped. Every review for them states they are absolutely the worst place to order from and that they literally don’t care about any of their customers and have No Problem ripping them off. This is 100% true. They even put a bunch of FAKE Reviews on THEIR Website due to all the Truthful Horrible Reviews that are on the Internet about Them. Please Do NOT Waste your TIME and MONEY on anything that VIZARDS GUNS and AMMO sells. I made it Very Clear to them that the Springfield Armory Promotion ends This Month and that they can Not do to me what they’ve done to everyone else and not ship out my item in a timely manner. I told them from the very beginning that if they can’t ship my item within 5 business days that they need to cancel my order. The item was stated as In Stock and I asked Steve on the phone if he physically had his hands on the item and he said YES. There is absolutely NO reason that they keep doing this to everyone other then they straight up LIE about Everything on Their Website. I’ve Emailed them Multiple times and sent Several Messages via the Live Chat telling them to CANCEL my order as it’s Now Been 10 days and They Clearly have Straight up Lied to Me like they have done to Everyone Else. They Still Have All My Money and have Not Cancelled my order and have Not Contacted Me in any way. I Will Contact the Better Business Bureau and My Bank plus Plaster This Review All Over the Internet and Social Media.
